Join us as we gather in honor of the autumnal equinox, a sacred moment of balance when day and night stand in perfect harmony. This season reminds us to pause, reflect, and align ourselves with the natural world around us.
Veterans, veteran families, and Special Liberty Project volunteers are warmly invited to join us for a meaningful morning together. We’ll take a mindful hike through the forest, pausing along the way for a therapeutic and somatic activity designed to help us release what no longer serves us and welcome the season ahead with intention.
