Join us as we gather in honor of the autumnal equinox โ a sacred moment of balance when day and night stand in perfect harmony. This season reminds us to pause, reflect, and align ourselves with the natural world around us.
Veterans, veteran families, and Special Liberty Project volunteers are warmly invited to join us for a meaningful morning together. Weโll take a mindful hike through the forest up to the Wishing Tree, pausing along the way for therapeutic and somatic activities designed to help us release what no longer serves us and welcome the season ahead with intention.
